  2. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly installments at the midpoint and end of the contract period.
  3. The assigned Meteorologist shall be a PAGASA-licensed professional with valid credentials. The client reserves the right to request a replacement if performance does not meet the agreed-upon service standards.
  4. All meteorological data, reports, and analyses produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive property of the client and shall pertain specifically to the Philippines Manila geographic area unless otherwise specified in writing.
  5. The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable Philippine laws, including the Philippine Meteorological Law (RA 10173 data privacy provisions) and PAGASA regulations governing the practice of meteorology in the Philippines Manila region.
  6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or government-issued curfews affecting the Philippines Manila area, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
  7. Any changes to the scope of services must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before implementation.
  8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
