All professional certifications are current and verifiable upon request as part of this Quotation Estimate package.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by AASC.
4.3 The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and data protection standards of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) guidelines.
4.4 Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services beyond the stated scope will be billed separately at the rates specified herein.
4.5 AASC reserves the right to substitute the assigned Meteorologist with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written notification to the client.
4.6 All meteorological data, reports, and analyses produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, except for proprietary methodologies and models owned by AASC.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding financial proposal. It does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned. All services will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
