- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing and availability of the Meteorologist team may be subject to revision.
- All services will be performed by a qualified and registered Meteorologist holding a BSc (Hons) or MSc in Atmospheric Sciences, accredited by the South African Weather Service (SAWS) professional body.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion or upon delivery of the final Climate Risk Assessment Report.
- All forecasts and advisory products are provided for informational and planning purposes. The Meteorologist and Cape Town Atmospheric Sciences (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the provided weather intelligence.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and communications exchanged in the course of this engagement within South Africa Cape Town shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, extreme weather events, government directives, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court in Cape Town.
