This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atmósfera Barcelona Meteorological Consulting S.L. to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by a certified Meteorologist operating within the metropolitan area of Spain Barcelona and its surrounding coastal and inland regions. 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a formal service contract will be executed between both parties governing the Meteorologist engagement in Spain Barcelona.
3.2 All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments will incur interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ley 3/2004 on late payment in commercial transactions.
3.3 The Meteorologist shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 EUR, valid throughout the duration of the contract and compliant with Spanish professional regulations.
3.4 All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate are the intellectual property of the service provider. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data solely for internal operational purposes within the Spain Barcelona region.
3.5 Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
3.7 The Meteorologist reserves the right to substitute equivalent qualified personnel in the event of illness or unavailability, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this document.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the Meteorologist services to be delivered in Spain Barcelona. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed.
