- On-site meteorological briefings for port operations, aviation authorities, and municipal planning departments within Colombo.
- Ad-hoc weather impact assessments for large-scale events, construction projects, and disaster preparedness exercises in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Integration of satellite imagery, radar data, and numerical weather prediction models specific to the Indian Ocean and Sri Lanka Colombo geography.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Meteorologist service rates and terms outlined herein may be subject to revision.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly instalments within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A 10% advance payment is required to commence the Meteorologist engagement in Sri Lanka Colombo.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any additional Meteorologist services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written client approval prior to execution.
4.4 Confidentiality: All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports generated by our Meteorologist for Sri Lanka Colombo clients shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, pro-rata charges for the Meteorologist services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to natural disasters, cyclones, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Sri Lanka Colombo.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo. Should the client require the Meteorologist to be deployed to remote or hazardous locations within the Colombo district during extreme weather events, additional safety and logistics costs will be itemised in a separate addendum to this Quotation Estimate.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and financial figures set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Sri Lanka Colombo. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed within five (5) business days.
