1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Basin Meteorological Consulting Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Meteorologist and supporting atmospheric science team to deliver meteorological advisory, forecasting, and climate monitoring services within Sudan Khartoum and its adjacent agricultural and industrial zones. 2. Scope of Meteorologist Services
The contracted Meteorologist shall provide the following professional services throughout the engagement period in Sudan Khartoum:

4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and operational costs in Sudan Khartoum.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of month six, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Meteorologist reports and data archives.
- The Meteorologist team shall comply with all regulations of the National Meteorological Authority of Sudan and the Republic of the Sudan's data sovereignty laws. All raw meteorological data collected in Sudan Khartoum shall be co-owned by the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to regional conflict, severe infrastructure disruption, or government-mandated shutdowns, shall suspend the service timeline without penalty to either party.
- Any scope modification beyond the services listed in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a formal Service Agreement.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services in Sudan Khartoum and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to execute a full contract until a separate Service Agreement is finalized.
