• 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the designated Meteorologist may be subject to revision.
• 2. Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Alpine Weather Solutions AG at UBS AG, Switzerland Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7800 3890 7).
• 3. Scope Limitations: The services described herein are limited to meteorological consulting and forecasting. This Quotation Estimate does not include structural engineering assessments, insurance underwriting, or legal liability for weather-related damages.
• 4. Meteorologist Availability: The assigned Meteorologist shall be available for a minimum of 1,800 working hours per contract year. Additional hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed at CHF 185 per hour, subject to prior written approval.
