- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations or changes in operational costs within Uganda Kampala.
- All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of the Meteorologist's professional fees, travel within Uganda Kampala, and standard reporting deliverables. International travel or travel beyond the Kampala metropolitan area will be billed separately.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and the remaining 30% upon successful delivery of the annual comprehensive climate report.
- The assigned Meteorologist shall be a certified professional registered with the Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA) and shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences.
- All forecasts, warnings, and climate assessments produced by our Meteorologist are advisory in nature. While we employ the most advanced numerical weather prediction models and satellite data available for the Uganda Kampala region, meteorological forecasting inherently involves uncertainty.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and proprietary information exchanged under this engagement shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein for the engagement of the Meteorologist services in Uganda Kampala.
