3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of AED 262,500.00 (inclusive of VAT), due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A 10% advance payment is required upon contract execution to mobilize the Meteorologist team and monitoring infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.

3.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of Meteorologist services beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and a supplementary quotation approved in writing by both parties.

3.4 Compliance: All meteorological data collection, analysis, and reporting will adhere to the regulations of the UAE National Meteorology Authority, the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, and applicable federal and emirate-level environmental legislation in the United Arab Emirates.

3.5 Confidentiality: All data, forecasts, and reports generated under this engagement are the exclusive property of the Abu Dhabi Municipal Council. The Meteorologist and supporting staff are bound by a non-disclosure agreement for a period of five (5) years following project completion.

3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.

3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
