1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by the UAE Meteorological Services Group to provide a comprehensive financial and operational breakdown for the engagement of a certified Meteorologist and supporting atmospheric science team. 2. Scope of Meteorologist Services in United Arab Emirates Dubai
The engaged Meteorologist shall deliver the following professional services across all designated project sites within Dubai, United Arab Emirates:
- Atmospheric Monitoring & Forecasting: Daily, weekly, and seasonal weather forecasting specific to the Dubai metropolitan area, including coastal zones (Jebel Ali, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina) and inland desert regions (Al Marmoom, Hatta). The Meteorologist will issue hyper-local forecasts with a minimum 72-hour lead time for all critical infrastructure projects.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision by the Meteorologist's service provider.
- All costs are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of all professional fees for the Meteorologist and supporting staff. Applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at 5% is itemized separately.
- The Meteorologist shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon successful delivery of the final annual report and all outstanding deliverables.
- Any change in scope, additional on-site days, or extended forecasting requirements beyond the terms outlined in this document shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Meteorologist's team.
- The Meteorologist shall comply with all data protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, when handling any client or public meteorological data collected in Dubai.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the Dubai Courts.
- The Meteorologist reserves the right to withdraw from this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to provide necessary site access, data, or regulatory clearances within fourteen (14) days of the contract commencement date.
