General Terms Governing This Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist Services in United Kingdom Birmingham
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing and availability from the Meteorologist's office.
- All services shall be performed by a qualified, registered Meteorologist holding membership of the Royal Meteorological Society (RMS) and operating in full compliance with United Kingdom professional standards and data protection regulations (UK GDPR).
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% invoiced monthly in arrears. Late payments shall accrue interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- The Meteorologist reserves the right to reschedule on-site visits with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational constraints within the Birmingham area.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced under this engagement are the intellectual property of the Meteorologist and may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without prior written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific weather outcomes. The Meteorologist provides professional advisory services based on the best available scientific data and modelling, but atmospheric conditions are inherently variable.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional site visits, or extended on-call periods beyond the terms specified herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- The Meteorologist maintains professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in the United Kingdom Birmingham region.
