4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in Meteorologist availability or prevailing market rates.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable within the United Kingdom.
