4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Meteorologist service rates and availability are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be issued on a monthly basis, due net-30 days from invoice date. A 1.5% monthly late fee shall apply to overdue balances. The initial setup fee for Item 04 is due upon contract execution.
4.3 Scope Limitations: The Meteorologist services provided under this Quotation Estimate are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of weather outcomes.
