Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon delivery of the Seasonal Hurricane Risk Assessment and Climate Adaptation Strategic Plan, and the remaining 30% upon final completion of all Meteorologist deliverables and acceptance by the client. Invoices are payable net-30 days from the date of issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month. All payments are to be made via wire transfer to the provider's designated account in Miami, Florida, United States.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After expiration, all rates and availability of the Meteorologist team must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Meteorologist services described herein are subject to the availability of the named personnel. In the event of unavailability, an equivalently credentialed Meteorologist will be substituted with prior client notification.
- All meteorological data, models, and reports produced under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Meteorologist retains the right to reference aggregate, anonymized findings in peer-reviewed publications.
