  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions and Meteorologist availability.
  • Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% due upon delivery of the seasonal climate outlook report; 25% due upon final report acceptance. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date.
  • All Meteorologist services will be performed in strict compliance with the American Meteorological Society (AMS) Code of Ethics and the California Business and Professions Code governing licensed consulting meteorologists operating in the United States.
  • The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the engagement period.
  • Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional Meteorologist hours beyond the estimated scope will be billed at $250.00 per hour.
  • All meteorological data, reports, and analyses produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Golden Gate Atmospheric Sciences, Inc. retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve solely as a good-faith estimate of costs and deliverables.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather events affecting San Francisco, seismic activity, or government-issued emergency orders, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
