Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% payable at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month Meteorologist service period in Uzbekistan Tashkent. All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the designated bank account of Atmospheric Sciences Consulting Group. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision.
- The Meteorologist services described herein are contingent upon the client providing adequate workspace, power supply, and internet connectivity at the designated site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- ASCG reserves the right to substitute the assigned Meteorologist with a qualified equivalent should unforeseen circumstances arise, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the stated qualifications.
- All data, reports, and forecasts produced by the Meteorologist for the client in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather events, political instability, or government-imposed restrictions in Uzbekistan, may result in temporary suspension of Meteorologist services without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
