Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in Argentine inflation indices (IPC CABA) or supplier costs.
Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit (ARS 448,305) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Midwife's availability. The remaining 70% shall be paid in three equal monthly installments during the second and third trimesters, with the final payment due no later than 30 days postpartum.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client prior to the 20th week of gestation will result in a 10% administrative fee on the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation after the 20th week will incur a 25% fee. No refunds are available once labor has commenced.
Scope of Practice: The Midwife services described in this Quotation Estimate are provided in accordance with the Argentine National Law 26.529 (Ley de Matronas) and the regulations of the Colegio de Matronas de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. In the event of a medical complication requiring obstetric or surgical intervention, the Midwife will coordinate immediate transfer to the nearest hospital in Buenos Aires (e.g., Hospital de Clínicas, Hospital Posadas, or Sanatorio Finochietto) at no additional midwifery fee, though hospital charges will be the client's responsibility.
Insurance: This Quotation Estimate is provided for private-pay clients. If the client holds a prepagada (managed care) plan in Argentina Buenos Aires, a separate insurance authorization process will be required, and the final out-of-pocket amount may differ. Please contact our billing department for insurance-specific estimates.
Confidentiality: All clinical information is protected under Argentine Law 25.326 (Ley de Protección de los Datos Personales). The Midwife and all staff members are bound by strict professional confidentiality.
Force Majeure: In the event of a public health emergency, natural disaster, or government-mandated restriction in Buenos Aires that prevents in-person service delivery, the Midwife will transition to telehealth consultations at no additional cost, and in-person sessions will be rescheduled.
