- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, fees may be subject to revision in line with current Australia Sydney health service pricing guidelines.
- Payment Schedule: A 20% deposit is required at the time of accepting this Quotation Estimate to secure Midwife booking. The remaining balance is payable in monthly instalments or in full at the time of birth, whichever is agreed upon in writing.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of Midwife services with more than 14 days' written notice incurs no charge. Cancellation within 14 days of a scheduled appointment incurs 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full.
- Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers Midwife-led care for low-risk pregnancies. Should the Midwife identify any clinical risk factors requiring obstetrician or specialist referral, additional fees will apply and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Midwife services are delivered in compliance with the Health Services Act 1997 (NSW), the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards, and AHPRA registration requirements applicable in Australia Sydney.
