The Midwife engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide evidence-based, holistic maternal care in accordance with the Brazilian National Policy for Humanized Birth (PNHR) and the protocols established by the Hospital Regional de Brasília and the local primary care network (UBS). The scope encompasses the following phases of care, all to be conducted in or around the Brazil Brasília metropolitan area:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. It assumes a singleton, uncomplicated pregnancy with no pre-existing maternal or fetal conditions requiring specialist obstetric intervention. Should the clinical course necessitate transfer to a hospital setting or the involvement of an obstetrician-gynecologist, additional fees will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate. The Midwife reserves the right to re-evaluate the scope and adjust the estimate in the event of significant clinical changes, with prior written notice to the client.
