3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Midwife service rates may be subject to revision based on inflation, fuel costs, or changes in DR Congo Kinshasa healthcare regulations.
3.2 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Midwife's schedule. The remaining 70% is due within seven (7) days following the completion of the 6-week postpartum review.
3.3 The assigned Midwife reserves the right to refer the client to a specialist obstetrician or gynecologist at a hospital in DR Congo Kinshasa (e.g., Hôpital Général de Référence de Kinshasa, Clinique Saint-Michel) if a high-risk condition is identified. Referral consultation fees are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
3.4 The Midwife will maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records in compliance with the DR Congo data protection framework. Client information will not be shared with third parties without written consent.
3.5 In the event of a medical emergency requiring hospitalization, the Midwife will coordinate with the nearest DR Congo Kinshasa medical facility.
