• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Egypt Alexandria.
• All Midwife services described herein are to be performed by a qualified Midwife holding a valid practising licence issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and registered with the Alexandria Maternity & Child Health Board.
• Payment is due as follows: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of antenatal visits, and the remaining 20% within seven (7) days following the postpartum period.
• The Midwife will carry full professional liability insurance covering all services rendered in Egypt Alexandria. A copy of the insurance certificate will be provided upon request.
• Any additional services not listed in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., caesarean section assistance, neonatal resuscitation beyond standard scope) will be quoted separately and require written client approval before commencement.
• The client agrees to provide a safe and accessible environment for all home-visit Midwife appointments within the Alexandria metropolitan area.
• All medical records and Midwife reports generated under this engagement are the property of the client and will be stored in compliance with Egyptian data protection regulations (Law No. 151 of 2020).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document below. Upon signature, it becomes a service agreement governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The Midwife is additionally certified in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) by the American Academy of Pediatrics and holds a valid emergency first-aid certification renewed annually.
