This Quotation Estimate is prepared for the provision of comprehensive Midwife services to be delivered in Egypt Cairo. The services outlined below are in accordance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health guidelines for maternal and perinatal care, as well as the professional standards set by the Egyptian Midwives Association. The Midwife assigned to this engagement will hold a valid Egyptian midwifery licence, a minimum of eight years of clinical experience, and certification in emergency obstetric care.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in the Midwife's fee schedule or applicable Egyptian tax regulations will be required.
- Payment is due as follows: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the pre-natal Midwife consultation phase, and the remaining 30% within seven (7) days following the postnatal visit series.
- The Midwife reserves the right to reschedule any appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' prior written notice. Cancellations by the client within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee for that session.
- All services will be performed in compliance with Egyptian law, the Egyptian Medical Syndicate code of conduct, and the data protection provisions of Law No. 151 of 2020 (Personal Data Protection Law) applicable in Egypt Cairo.
- In the event of a medical emergency requiring transfer to a tertiary hospital in Egypt Cairo, the Midwife will accompany the client and coordinate with the receiving medical team. Any additional hospitalisation costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. The Midwife's professional liability is covered under a valid professional indemnity insurance policy (Policy No. PI-EG-2025-4412, coverage up to EGP 5,000,000).
- Any disputes arising from the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Egyptian Medical Disputes Committee or, failing that, the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.
