- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current French tariff regulations for Midwife services.
- All services will be performed by the designated Midwife, Madame Sophie Lefèvre, or by a qualified substitute Midwife from the same practice in France Marseille in the event of documented unavailability. The client will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of any substitution.
- Payment for prenatal consultations (items 1.1, 1.2, 1.3) is due at the time of each session. Payment for the home birth attendance (item 1.4) is due within fourteen (14) days following the delivery event. Postpartum visits (items 1.5, 1.6, 1.7) are invoiced in a consolidated statement at the end of the postpartum period.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (virement bancaire), cheque, or direct CPAM/mutuelle reimbursement. No cash payments exceeding 1,000 EUR are accepted in accordance with French financial regulations.
- The Midwife reserves the right to refer the client to an obstetrician-gynaecologist or to a hospital setting in France Marseille if the clinical situation warrants a higher level of medical care. Any such referral will be communicated in writing, and the Quotation Estimate will be adjusted accordingly.
