• The remaining balance shall be invoiced in three equal instalments: 30% at the end of the second trimester, 30% at the end of the third trimester, and 40% within 14 days following the postpartum period.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the provider's account in France Paris, or by cheque payable to "Maison de Sagesse Paris".
• Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the French healthcare tariff schedule.
