The Midwife assigned to your care will be a registered professional with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in maternal and newborn care.

This Quotation Estimate for Midwife services in Ghana Accra is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions and regulatory changes in Ghana.
Payment for the Midwife services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance, 40% upon completion of antenatal visits, and the remaining 30% within seven (7) days following the postnatal care period.
All Midwife services will be conducted in compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (NMCG) professional standards and the Ghana Health Service clinical guidelines.
The Midwife assigned to your care will maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records and personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
Home visit services by the Midwife are limited to the Ghana Accra metropolitan area, including Osu, East Legon, Dansoman, Tema, and surrounding districts. Travel beyond this radius will incur an additional fee of GHS 150 per visit.
Emergency Midwife call-out services within Ghana Accra guarantee response within forty-five (45) minutes during peak hours and thirty (30) minutes during off-peak hours.
Any additional medical procedures, specialist referrals, or hospitalization costs not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be communicated to the client in writing prior to commencement and will be billed separately.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Acceptance of this document authorizes the Midwife team to begin the scheduled care plan.
All Midwife services are covered under the provider's professional indemnity insurance policy held with a licensed Ghanaian insurance company.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, with jurisdiction in the courts of Accra.
