Ltd., a registered healthcare provider operating in India Bangalore, to outline the comprehensive Midwife care package for the expectant mother listed above. Our certified Midwife team, licensed under the Karnataka State Nursing Council and the Indian Nursing Council, will provide end-to-end antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care in accordance with the National Health Mission guidelines and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, protocols. All services are delivered within the metropolitan area of India Bangalore, including home visits, hospital coordination, and tele-consultation support.

Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to revision after the validity period.
All Midwife services will be rendered by professionals registered with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the Karnataka State Nursing Council, holding a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in obstetric and neonatal care in India Bangalore.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% due at 36 weeks of gestation; 20% balance payable within 7 days post-delivery. Payments may be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or bank transfer to our Bangalore, India account.
Cancellation or rescheduling of Midwife home visits must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency on-call services cannot be cancelled once the standby period has commenced.
This Quotation Estimate does not include hospital room charges, surgical fees, anaesthesiologist fees, or any specialist consultations (obstetrician, paediatrician) unless explicitly stated. Those costs are borne by the client directly with the respective hospital in India Bangalore.
Our Midwife team operates within a 15-kilometre radius of Indiranagar, Bangalore, India. For addresses beyond this radius, a travel surcharge of ₹500 per visit will apply.
All services are covered under our professional indemnity insurance policy (Policy No. PII/2025/BLR/0092) issued by New India Assurance, valid across India including Bangalore.
This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the client named above. Any change in the expected delivery hospital within Bangalore, India must be communicated to us at least 72 hours in advance.
Disputes, if any, arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
