This Quotation Estimate is issued for the provision of comprehensive, evidence-based Midwife care services to be delivered in and around India Mumbai. The services outlined below are designed to support the client through the third trimester of pregnancy, the labour and delivery process, and the immediate postpartum period. All services will be rendered in accordance with the standards set by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the National Health Mission guidelines applicable in the state of Maharashtra.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates in India Mumbai.
A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, i.e., INR 31,683, is required to confirm the booking and secure the Midwife's schedule.
The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within seven (7) days following the completion of all postnatal visits.
All services will be conducted at the client's residential address in India Mumbai unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hospital-based attendance (e.g., at Cloudnine, Lilavati, or Fortis hospitals in Mumbai) will be subject to a supplementary fee of INR 3,000 per visit.
The Midwife is a registered and licensed professional under the Maharashtra State Nursing Council. In the event of a medical emergency requiring obstetrician intervention or surgical delivery (C-section), the Midwife will facilitate immediate transfer to the nearest designated hospital in India Mumbai. Such emergency medical costs are excluded from this Quotation Estimate.
Payment may be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI), demand draft, or certified cheque. No cash payments exceeding INR 50,000 will be accepted in compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), India.
Confidentiality of all client health records is maintained in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct) Regulations.
Cancellation by the client after the advance payment has been made will result in forfeiture of the advance. Rescheduling is permitted up to fourteen (14) days prior to the expected due date without penalty.

The Midwife will operate under the clinical supervision and referral protocol of the client's primary obstetrician.
