- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for midwife services in New Delhi, India, may be subject to revision based on prevailing healthcare cost indices.
- A non-refundable advance payment of 25% of the grand total (₹ 16,255) is required to confirm the booking of the midwife and reserve the service schedule.
- The remaining balance shall be payable within seven (7) days of the completion of all midwife services as outlined in this quotation estimate.
- All midwife services will be conducted in compliance with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) regulations, the Delhi State Nursing Council guidelines, and the National Health Mission (NHM) protocols for maternal and child health.
- The midwife engaged under this quotation estimate holds a valid registration number with the Indian Nursing Council and carries professional liability insurance covering all services rendered within New Delhi, India.

- Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the scheduled midwife service date will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee on the booked service value.
