All services are delivered by midwives holding a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) issued by the local health authority in Jakarta. The scope includes but is not limited to:

• Prenatal consultations and routine antenatal check-ups (minimum 8 sessions)
• Fetal monitoring, ultrasound coordination, and growth tracking
• Birth planning and preparation sessions with the assigned Midwife
• Full delivery assistance (vaginal delivery) at the client's chosen facility in Indonesia Jakarta
• Immediate postnatal care for mother and newborn (first 72 hours)
• Postnatal home visits (minimum 4 visits within the first 6 weeks)
• Breastfeeding support and lactation consultation
• Newborn care including cord care, jaundice monitoring, and basic immunization guidance
• 24/7 emergency contact line with the assigned Midwife during the perinatal period

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing rates in Indonesia Jakarta.
2. All Midwife services are subject to the availability of the assigned midwife. In the event of unavailability due to illness or emergency, a qualified substitute midwife of equivalent or higher qualification will be provided at no additional cost.
3. Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% is due within seven (7) business days following the completion of the postnatal care period.
4. Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, a.n. PT. Sehat Ibu & Anak Jakarta, or via QRIS at our office in Indonesia Jakarta.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not include hospitalization fees, surgical procedures (e.g., Cesarean section), laboratory tests, imaging (ultrasound, X-ray), or pharmaceutical costs, which will be billed separately by the respective hospital or clinic in Indonesia Jakarta.
6. In the event of a medical emergency requiring transfer to a hospital or the involvement of an obstetrician/gynecologist, the client will be informed immediately, and additional costs will be communicated prior to any non-routine intervention.
7. The assigned Midwife will maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records and personal information in compliance with Indonesian Law No. 44 of 2009 on Health and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
8. Cancellation policy: Cancellation more than 14 days before the expected delivery date incurs a 20% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation within 14 days incurs a 50% fee. No refund is provided after the delivery has commenced.
9. This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the named client.
10. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, through the competent courts in Indonesia Jakarta.
