3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Midwife service rates listed herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Iran Tehran.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% at the completion of the prenatal phase and 50% within fourteen (14) days following the postnatal period.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Should the client need to cancel or reschedule any Midwife appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session cost.
3.4 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers standard Midwife services only. Any additional medical interventions, specialist referrals, or hospitalization costs beyond the Midwife's scope of practice in Iran Tehran will be quoted separately and require prior written consent from the client.
3.5 Confidentiality: All patient records, health information, and personal data collected during the Midwife engagement will be handled in strict accordance with Iranian medical privacy regulations. No information will be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.
3.6 Regulatory Compliance: All Midwife services provided under this Quotation Estimate are delivered in full compliance with the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education guidelines, as well as the professional standards of the Tehran Midwives Association.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for clients residing in or seeking Midwife services within the metropolitan area of Iran Tehran. Travel to suburban or rural areas outside Tehran city limits may incur additional transportation charges, which will be communicated prior to scheduling.
