The following services are included under this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a licensed Midwife operating within the jurisdiction of Iraq Baghdad:

• Prenatal Consultations: A minimum of eight (8) scheduled antenatal visits conducted at the client's residence or at our clinic in Al-Mansour, Baghdad. Each session includes vital sign monitoring, fetal heart rate assessment, nutritional counseling, and preparation for labor.
• Intrapartum (Labor and Delivery) Support: Full-time presence of the assigned Midwife during the labor and delivery process, whether at the client's home in Iraq Baghdad or at a designated hospital facility. This includes pain management guidance, positioning assistance, and emergency escalation protocols.
• Postnatal Care: Six (6) follow-up visits within the first six weeks postpartum to monitor maternal recovery, assess infant feeding, and provide breastfeeding support. All postnatal visits are conducted within the Iraq Baghdad city limits.
• Newborn Care: Initial newborn assessment, umbilical cord care instruction, jaundice screening, and guidance on infant hygiene and sleep safety.

• The remaining 70% balance is due within seven (7) days following the completion of the postnatal care period.
• All Midwife services are subject to the professional licensing and regulatory standards set by the Ministry of Health, Republic of Iraq. The assigned Midwife holds a valid practicing license registered in Iraq Baghdad.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., C-section assistance, neonatal intensive care referral) will be quoted separately and require prior written consent from the client.
• The Midwife reserves the right to refer the client to a specialist physician or hospital in Iraq Baghdad if clinical conditions warrant intervention beyond midwifery scope. Such referral fees are not included in this estimate.
