All Midwife professionals assigned to this engagement hold valid Kuwaiti medical licenses, a minimum of five years of clinical experience, and certified training in emergency obstetric care.

4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- All Midwife services are to be performed at the client's residential address within the boundaries of Kuwait Kuwait City, including Salmiya, Hawally, and surrounding residential districts. Travel to locations outside this zone will incur an additional surcharge of KWD 15.000 per trip.
- The assigned Midwife must be present and available for the full duration of the delivery event. In the event of a medical emergency requiring immediate transfer to a hospital (e.g., Al-Amiri, Al-Jahra, or Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital), the Midwife will accompany the client and coordinate with the receiving medical team at no additional cost.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit (KWD 456.750) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% (KWD 609.000) due by Week 36 of pregnancy; and the remaining 30% (KWD 456.750) due within seven (7) days following the postnatal period.
- Cancellation by the client after Week 32 of pregnancy will result in a non-refundable charge of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- All Midwife professionals are covered under professional liability insurance (Policy No. PL-2025-8841, Kuwait Insurance Authority registered). The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of a specific delivery outcome.
- Confidentiality: All medical records, prenatal data, and personal information collected during the provision of Midwife services in Kuwait Kuwait City shall be handled in strict accordance with Kuwait's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2016).
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of hospital admission, surgical intervention (Cesarean section), or specialist obstetrician/gynecologist consultation. Should such services become necessary, a separate estimate will be provided prior to any additional procedure.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Midwife services in Kuwait Kuwait City and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The service provider confirms that all Midwife personnel assigned to this engagement are fully licensed, insured, and available for the duration specified.
