• The total cost stated in this Quotation Estimate covers the Midwife's professional fees, standard clinical supplies, and administrative processing. Hospital room charges, surgical fees (in case of cesarean section), laboratory tests, and imaging studies are not included and will be billed separately by the respective facility.
• Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% at the 28th week of pregnancy, and the remaining 30% within seven (7) business days following the postpartum period. All payments are to be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account of Clinica Materna del Valle, Mexico City.
• Cancellation policy: Should the client cancel the Midwife engagement prior to the 20th week of pregnancy, the initial deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations between weeks 20 and 36 will incur a 50% non-refundable charge. Cancellations after week 36 will result in full retention of all payments made to date.
