This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Casablanca Maternal Care & Midwifery Services to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all professional Midwife services to be rendered in Morocco Casablanca. This document serves as a binding financial proposal outlining the scope of care, associated costs, and terms of engagement for the full spectrum of prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal midwifery support. The Midwife services described herein are delivered in full compliance with the Moroccan Ministry of Health regulations, the National Midwifery Board of Morocco, and all applicable standards governing maternal and neonatal care in the Casablanca-Settat region.
The following Midwife services are included in this Quotation Estimate and will be provided at the client's residence or at our certified clinic located in the heart of Morocco Casablanca:
- Prenatal Midwife Consultations: A minimum of eight (8) scheduled antenatal visits conducted by a licensed Midwife, including fetal heart monitoring, blood pressure assessment, fundal height measurement, urine analysis, and nutritional counseling tailored to the maternal health profile.
- Ultrasound Coordination & Referral: The Midwife will coordinate all necessary ultrasound examinations (first trimester, anomaly scan at 20 weeks, and third trimester growth scan) with accredited imaging centers in Morocco Casablanca.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:
- 30% deposit (10,872.00 MAD) due upon acceptance of this quotation to secure the Midwife's availability and schedule.
- 40% (14,496.00 MAD) due at the completion of the eighth prenatal visit, approximately at 32 weeks of gestation.
- 30% balance (10,872.00 MAD) due within seven (7) calendar days following the postnatal period.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account of Casablanca Maternal Care & Midwifery Services (Bank: Attijariwafa Bank, IBAN: MA64 4587 2100 0001 2345 6789 01) or by certified check. All payments are subject to the Moroccan tax regulations applicable in Morocco Casablanca.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- The assigned Midwife holds a valid license from the Moroccan Ministry of Health and maintains professional liability insurance with a coverage of no less than 5,000,000 MAD.
- All Midwife services will be conducted in strict adherence to the ethical and clinical guidelines established by the National Order of Midwives of Morocco.
- In the event of a medical emergency requiring transfer to a hospital in Morocco Casablanca (e.g., CHU Ibn Rochd, CHU Mohammed VI, or a private maternity ward), the Midwife will accompany the client and coordinate with the attending obstetrician. Hospital fees, surgical costs, and inpatient charges are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be the client's responsibility.
- Cancellation by the client after the deposit has been paid will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation by the provider for reasons other than medical incapacity will result in a full refund of all amounts paid.
- Client confidentiality is guaranteed in accordance with Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08). All medical records and personal information will be stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of a specific birth outcome. The Midwife will always act in the best clinical interest of both mother and newborn.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of all Midwife services described, and authorizes Casablanca Maternal Care & Midwifery Services to proceed with the engagement in Morocco Casablanca under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
