The following Midwife services are included in this Quotation Estimate for clients residing in or receiving care in Netherlands Amsterdam:

• Prenatal Care: A minimum of eight (8) scheduled antenatal consultations conducted at the Midwife's practice on Keizersgracht or at the client's home address within Amsterdam. These consultations include fetal heart monitoring, blood pressure assessment, urine analysis, growth measurements, and personalized birth planning.
• Birth Attendance: Full attendance by the assigned Midwife during the birth process, whether at home in the client's residence in Amsterdam, at a birth center, or in a hospital setting. This includes continuous one-on-one support, monitoring of maternal and fetal vital signs, and immediate postpartum care for both mother and newborn.
• Postpartum Care: A minimum of six (6) postnatal visits within the first six weeks following delivery. These visits encompass wound assessment, breastfeeding support, newborn health checks (including the neonatal hearing screen and jaundice monitoring), and maternal mental health screening.
• Emergency Availability: 24/7 on-call availability of the Midwife throughout the entire pregnancy and postpartum period, with a guaranteed response time of no more than thirty (30) minutes for any urgent matter within the Amsterdam metropolitan area.

• The Midwife reserves the right to modify the scope of services if medical indications require additional consultations, specialist referrals, or extended postpartum monitoring. • Cancellation of the Midwife engagement prior to the onset of active labor requires a written notice of at least seven (7) days. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount applies if cancellation occurs after the 28th week of pregnancy.
• All services are provided in compliance with the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR). Client medical records are stored securely at the Midwife's practice in Amsterdam and are accessible to the client upon request.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate implies agreement to all terms listed herein.
