This Quotation Estimate is issued by the Abuja Maternal & Midwifery Care Centre to provide Ms. Adaeze Okafor with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all professional Midwife services, ancillary care, and associated costs for the full duration of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. All fees quoted herein are inclusive of the professional expertise, clinical supervision, and dedicated patient care that our Midwife team will deliver throughout the pregnancy and delivery period.
The Midwife services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) and the Federal Ministry of Health guidelines applicable in Nigeria Abuja. Our Midwife professionals hold valid practising certificates and are experienced in managing both normal and high-risk pregnancies in the Nigeria Abuja healthcare environment.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Abuja Maternal & Midwifery Care Centre reserves the right to revise the fees due to changes in operational costs in Nigeria Abuja.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, i.e., NGN 195,000, is required to confirm the booking of the Midwife and secure the delivery schedule.
- The balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within seven (7) days following the completion of all postnatal Midwife visits.
- All Midwife services are subject to the clinical judgement of the attending Midwife and supervising obstetrician. In the event of a medical emergency requiring intervention beyond the scope of midwifery care, additional specialist fees will apply and will be communicated to the client prior to any such intervention.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, laboratory consumables, or hospital accommodation, which will be billed separately at the prevailing rates of the facility in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Midwife assigned to this engagement is bound by the Code of Professional Conduct of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and the data protection regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All clinical records will be maintained in strict confidence.
- Rescheduling of any Midwife appointment must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours will incur a fee of NGN 5,000 per missed session.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client. Any change in the client's details requires a revised Quotation Estimate from the Abuja Maternal & Midwifery Care Centre.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the FCT Consumer Protection Agency or the relevant legal jurisdiction in Nigeria Abuja.
