The Midwife assigned to this engagement shall hold a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery (BSM) or a Diploma in Midwifery (D.Midw) from a recognized institution in Pakistan, such as the Sindh University or the Aga Khan University in Karachi. The Midwife must be registered with the Sindh Nursing & Midwifery Council and possess a minimum of five years of clinical experience in maternal and newborn care. All Midwife practitioners deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall carry valid professional indemnity insurance and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Midwife services in Pakistan Karachi may be subject to revision based on prevailing healthcare cost indices.
4.2 Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the postnatal Midwife care period. Payment may be made via bank transfer, cheque, or approved digital payment methods available in Karachi.
4.3 The Midwife service schedule shall be coordinated mutually between the client and our care coordinator. Rescheduling of Midwife visits requires a minimum of 24 hours prior notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit shall incur a 50% fee of the respective visit cost.
4.4 This Quotation Estimate covers standard Midwife services as itemized above. Any additional medical interventions, specialist referrals, or hospitalization costs arising during labour or postnatal care are not included and will be communicated separately.
4.5 All Midwife services shall be delivered in strict compliance with the Sindh Maternal Health Policy and the standards set by the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council. Client confidentiality is maintained in accordance with Pakistan's data protection regulations.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client residing in Pakistan Karachi.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a detailed Service Agreement for Midwife care in Pakistan Karachi will be executed, incorporating all terms outlined herein.For and on behalf of
