• A 30% deposit (QAR 7,890.75) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to reserve your assigned Midwife for the full duration of care in Qatar Doha.
• The remaining 70% balance shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% at the 28th week of pregnancy and 50% within 14 days postpartum.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (QNB, CBQ, Doha Bank), credit/debit card, and approved health insurance claims processed through the Qatar Insurance Authority.
• All amounts are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). No additional currency conversion fees will be applied.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on updated service costs in Qatar Doha.
• All Midwife practitioners listed under this quotation hold valid Qatar Ministry of Health practice licenses and are registered with the Qatar Nursing & Midwifery Council.
• Home birth services, where applicable, are subject to a preliminary home safety assessment conducted by our Midwife team in accordance with Qatar Doha municipal and health regulations.
• In the event of a medical emergency requiring transfer to a hospital (e.g., Hamad Medical Corporation, Sidra Medicine, or private hospitals in Doha), the Midwife will coordinate the transfer at no additional cost to the client. Hospital fees are the responsibility of the client or their insurer.
• Cancellation by the client more than 4 weeks before the expected due date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 4 weeks are non-refundable.
• Client personal and medical data will be handled in strict accordance with the Qatar Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and the data privacy policies of Al Noor Maternity & Wellness Center.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or guarantee of specific outcomes. All care is provided on a best-effort basis in line with evidence-based Midwife practice standards.
