• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Midwife services in Russia Saint Petersburg may be subject to revision based on current market rates and regulatory adjustments.
• All Midwife services described herein are to be performed in compliance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On the Fundamentals of Health Protection of Citizens" (No. 323-FZ, 21 November 2011) and Saint Petersburg municipal health regulations.
• The assigned Midwife must hold a valid certificate of registration with the Saint Petersburg Committee for Health and a current professional licence. A copy of the Midwife's credentials will be provided upon request prior to the first consultation.
• Payment for this Quotation Estimate is due as follows: 30% deposit upon acceptance, 40% at the 28th week of pregnancy, and the remaining 30% within 7 days following the postnatal period. Payments may be made in Russian Rubles via bank transfer to the Saint Petersburg Maternity Care Center account.
• Should the client require cancellation of any scheduled Midwife appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' written notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
• In the event of a medical emergency during labour, the Midwife will coordinate immediate transfer to the nearest obstetric hospital in Russia Saint Petersburg (e.g., City Maternity Hospital No. 1, 2, or 3). Emergency transfer fees are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be billed separately.
• All medical records generated by the Midwife during the course of this engagement will be stored in accordance with Russian data protection law (152-FZ) for a minimum of 15 years.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed by both parties. The Saint Petersburg Maternity Care Center reserves the right to decline service if the client's medical profile exceeds the scope of safe Midwife-led care, in which case a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
• Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
