• 40% Mid-Payment (SAR 5,221.00) due at the completion of the 36th week of gestation, prior to the anticipated delivery period.
• 30% Final Payment (SAR 3,915.75) due within 14 calendar days following the completion of all postnatal Midwife visits.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to the company's designated account in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or approved digital payment platforms registered with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). All transactions are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing healthcare service rates in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• The assigned Midwife is a licensed and insured professional. In the event of the primary Midwife's unavailability due to illness or emergency, a qualified substitute Midwife of equivalent or higher certification shall be provided at no additional cost.
• All Midwife services are subject to the client's informed consent. The Midwife shall not perform any procedure beyond the scope of midwifery practice without prior written consent and, where necessary, referral to an obstetrician or specialist physician.
• The client agrees to maintain a valid health insurance policy (if applicable) and to provide all relevant medical records to the Midwife prior to the initial consultation.
• Cancellation by the client after the advance payment has been made will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit. Cancellation by the provider will result in a full refund of all payments received.
• All personal health information collected during the provision of Midwife services shall be handled in strict compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Ministry of Health data privacy regulations.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of a specific medical outcome. The Midwife will exercise all reasonable professional judgment in accordance with evidence-based midwifery practice standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi law.
