2. Scope of Midwife Services
This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Riyadh Maternal Care & Midwifery Services LLC to provide comprehensive, professional Midwife services for the client's family in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care delivered by a licensed and certified Midwife operating under the regulatory framework of the Saudi Ministry of Health. All services will be conducted in accordance with the latest clinical guidelines issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) where applicable.
The assigned Midwife holds a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery from a Saudi-accredited institution, possesses a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Health, and carries a minimum of eight (8) years of clinical experience in obstetric and neonatal care within hospitals and private residences in Riyadh. The Midwife will be available on a full-time, in-residence basis for the duration specified in this Quotation Estimate.

4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all pricing for the Midwife services may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon commencement of the Midwife's in-residence service, and the remaining 30% upon completion of postnatal care. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Riyadh.
- The Midwife assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Saudi Labor Law, the Anti-Sexual Harassment Law, and the regulations governing domestic and professional workers.
- The client agrees to provide the Midwife with a private room, adequate nutrition, and a safe working environment at the residence in Riyadh. The Midwife shall not be required to perform any duties outside the scope of professional midwifery care.
- In the event of a medical emergency requiring hospital transfer, the Midwife will coordinate with the nearest accredited hospital in Riyadh (e.g., King Fahad Medical City, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, or Saudi German Hospital Riyadh). Hospital fees and specialist consultations are excluded from this Quotation Estimate and shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
- The Midwife is bound by strict confidentiality and professional ethics as outlined by the Saudi Medical and Dental Council. All patient records and personal information will be handled in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations.
- Any cancellation by the client after the Midwife has commenced services will incur a penalty of 25% of the remaining contract value. Cancellation before commencement will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and affixed their official stamps. The final service agreement will be executed in Arabic and English, with the Arabic version prevailing in case of any discrepancy.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Midwife's professional judgment. The Midwife reserves the right to recommend referral to an obstetrician or specialist if clinical circumstances warrant, and such referrals are not included in the estimated costs herein.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Midwife services in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above. The undersigned authorizes Riyadh Maternal Care & Midwifery Services LLC to proceed with the engagement of the Midwife and all associated administrative processes.
