This Quotation Estimate is issued by Serene Care Midwifery Group Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with professional Midwife services delivered within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. This document serves as a formal estimate for the full spectrum of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care that our registered Midwife team will provide to the client named above. All pricing is quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 of this Quotation Estimate.
The Midwife services covered under this Quotation Estimate encompass the following clinical and supportive care components, all conducted in compliance with the regulations set forth by the Singapore Nursing Board and the Ministry of Health, Singapore Singapore:
- Antenatal Care: A minimum of eight (8) scheduled antenatal consultations conducted by a registered Midwife at our clinic in Singapore Singapore, including fetal heart monitoring, fundal height measurement, blood pressure checks, urine analysis, and nutritional counselling.
- Intrapartum Care: Continuous one-on-one Midwife attendance during labour and delivery at the designated birthing facility in Singapore Singapore, including pain management guidance, positioning assistance, and emergency escalation protocols.
- Postnatal Care: Four (4) postnatal home visits by the assigned Midwife within the first fourteen (14) days following delivery, covering newborn assessment, breastfeeding support, maternal wound care, and mental health screening.
- Birth Planning Session: One (1) dedicated two-hour session with the Midwife to develop a personalised birth plan, discuss pain relief options, and review the emergency transfer pathway within Singapore Singapore.
- 24/7 On-Call Support: Access to the Midwife on-call line for urgent queries between scheduled appointments throughout the pregnancy period.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total estimated amount, amounting to SGD 2,035.58, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of SGD 4,749.67 shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of all Midwife services. Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayNow to the account details provided by Serene Care Midwifery Group Pte. Ltd., Singapore Singapore. Late payments shall attract a surcharge of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed with the Midwife services described herein, a signed copy of this document must be returned to our office in Singapore Singapore within the validity period. Any changes to the scope of Midwife services after acceptance will require a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- All Midwife services are provided by practitioners registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and hold valid practising certificates for the year 2025 in Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include hospital admission fees, anaesthetist charges, paediatrician consultations, or any surgical interventions, which are billed separately by the respective facility in Singapore Singapore.
- In the event of a medical emergency requiring transfer to a tertiary hospital in Singapore Singapore, the Midwife will facilitate the transfer; associated ambulance and hospital costs are the client's responsibility.
- The Midwife reserves the right to reschedule appointments with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Cancellations by the client within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled session will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the session rate.
- All personal health information is handled in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore. Data retention follows the statutory period of ten (10) years post-delivery.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the named client for use within Singapore Singapore.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the Midwife services rendered shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre before any legal proceedings are initiated.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Midwife services in Singapore Singapore. The client confirms that the estimated costs are within their financial means and authorises Serene Care Midwifery Group Pte. Ltd. to commence the Midwife care plan upon receipt of the deposit.
