This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Materna Valencia Midwifery Centre to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all professional Midwife services available to expectant mothers and their families residing in or attending care in Spain Valencia. 4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices may be subject to revision in accordance with prevailing market rates and regulatory adjustments in Spain Valencia.
4.2 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 20% (EUR 787.71) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the 28th week of gestation and 50% within fourteen (14) days following the postnatal period. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Materna Valencia Midwifery Centre.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Should the client need to cancel or reschedule any Midwife appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate. Emergency cancellations due to medical necessity, as certified by a physician, will be exempt from this charge.
4.4 Professional Standards: All Midwife services are delivered in strict adherence to the professional code of ethics established by the Spanish Ministry of Health and the regional health authority of the Comunitat Valenciana. Our Midwife practitioners maintain full professional indemnity insurance and are registered with the relevant professional college in Spain Valencia.
4.5 Confidentiality: All personal and medical data collected during the provision of Midwife services are handled in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
4.6 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers standard perinatal care. Any additional specialist interventions, surgical procedures, or extended hospital stays beyond the scope of routine Midwife practice will be quoted separately and require prior written consent from the client.
4.7 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
