Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Midwife services in Thailand Bangkok may be subject to revision based on market conditions and operational costs.
2. All Midwife services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed by a licensed and certified Midwife registered with the Thai Ministry of Public Health. The assigned Midwife, Khun Pimchanok Rattanakul, holds over twelve years of clinical experience in maternal and neonatal care in Thailand Bangkok.
3. Payment terms: 30% deposit (THB 75,563) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal installments — 50% at the 28th week of pregnancy and 50% within fourteen (14) days following the postpartum care period.
4. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Bangkok Maternal Care Services Co., Ltd. (Bank: Siam Commercial Bank, Account: 0-123-456-789) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) with a 2.5% processing surcharge.
5. Any additional Midwife services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., C-section recovery support, premature infant care, or extended postpartum visits) will be quoted separately at the standard Thailand Bangkok rate of THB 3,500 per hour.
6. The client agrees to provide accurate medical history and to attend all scheduled Midwife appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% fee of the scheduled session will be charged.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include hospital admission fees, surgical procedures, pharmaceuticals, or specialist consultations, which will be billed directly by the partner hospital in Thailand Bangkok.
8. All Midwife services are subject to the client's medical suitability as determined during the initial assessment. In the event of a high-risk pregnancy, the Midwife will coordinate with an obstetrician, and additional fees may apply as per a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
