Scope of Midwife Services – Turkey Ankara

This Quotation Estimate covers the full spectrum of Midwife care as recognized under the Turkish Ministry of Health regulations applicable in Turkey Ankara. Our Midwife team consists of licensed professionals registered with the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Health. All services are delivered in accordance with the latest perinatal care guidelines issued by the Turkish Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Midwife assigned to your case will maintain continuous communication via phone and secure messaging throughout the engagement period, ensuring that you are never without professional guidance while residing in Turkey Ankara.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit (TRY 11,310.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% at the 28th week of pregnancy and 50% within 14 days following delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to the 24th week of pregnancy incurs a 15% administrative fee. Cancellation between weeks 24 and 36 incurs a 40% fee. Cancellation after week 36 or during active labor is non-refundable.
Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers Midwife-led care only. In the event of a medical emergency requiring obstetrician intervention, surgical delivery (C-section), or neonatal intensive care, additional charges will apply and will be communicated transparently before any procedure. Such additional services are not included in this estimate.
Travel & Logistics: All Midwife home visits are limited to the Ankara metropolitan area (Çankaya, Yenimahalle, Keçiören, Mamak, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Pursaklar, Sincan, and Altındağ districts). Visits outside these districts will incur an additional transportation surcharge of TRY 150 per kilometer beyond 25 km from our Turkey Ankara facility.
Confidentiality: All medical records and personal data are handled in strict compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698). Your Midwife will sign a confidentiality agreement specific to your engagement in Turkey Ankara.
Language: Services may be provided in Turkish or English. A certified medical interpreter for other languages can be arranged at an additional cost of TRY 400 per session.
Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding service agreement upon written acceptance (signature or digital confirmation) by the client and the Ankara Maternity & Wellness Center.
