3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision in accordance with current Abu Dhabi healthcare fee schedules.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 25% (AED 4,050.38) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be settled in two equal instalments: 50% at 32 weeks of gestation and the final 25% within seven (7) days following the postnatal period.
3.3 Insurance: This Midwife service package is compatible with major UAE health insurance providers (Daman, Emaar Health, ADNIC, and Wio). The client is advised to confirm pre-authorization with their insurer prior to the commencement of services. Al Noor Maternity & Midwifery Centre will process all claims directly with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health insurance portal.
3.4 Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers Midwife-led care for a low-risk pregnancy. Should the referring OB/GYN physician in Abu Dhabi determine that the pregnancy has become high-risk (e.g., pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, multiple gestation), the client will be referred to a specialist obstetric unit, and additional costs will be quoted separately.
3.5 Cancellation: Cancellation of scheduled Midwife appointments must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate.
3.6 Regulatory Compliance: All Midwife practitioners listed under this Quotation Estimate hold valid DHA (Department of Health — Abu Dhabi) professional licenses and are registered with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention. Clinical records are maintained in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
