3. The client agrees to a 50% deposit (AED 11,156.25) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within seven (7) business days following the completion of all Midwife services.
4. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Al Noor Maternal Care Centre, Emirates NBD, Account No. 0021-XXXX-XXXX, SWIFT: EMBAEADDXXX, or by approved credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
5. The Midwife attending the home birth in Dubai shall carry full medical equipment, resuscitation supplies, and a pre-arranged transfer protocol to the nearest DHA-accredited hospital (Dubai Hospital or American Hospital, Jumeirah) in the event of obstetric emergency.
6. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before a scheduled Midwife visit will incur a 25% fee of the session rate. Cancellation of the home birth attendance with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit the full deposit.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include hospital admission fees, surgical interventions, neonatal intensive care, or any services rendered by specialists beyond the scope of Midwife practice as defined by DHA regulations.
8. All personal health data collected during the provision of Midwife services in the United Arab Emirates Dubai shall be handled in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
