- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Midwife services in Birmingham, United Kingdom is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in service pricing or availability.
- Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit (£1,027.50) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Midwife's availability. The remaining balance is payable in two instalments: 50% at 36 weeks gestation and the final 25% within 14 days of the postnatal review.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the scheduled Midwife appointment will incur no charge. Cancellations within 4 weeks will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.
- Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers normal, low-risk Midwife-led care. Should the client's pregnancy be reclassified as high-risk, additional specialist consultations (obstetrician, anaesthetist, neonatologist) will be arranged and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued separately.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Midwife services described in this Quotation Estimate are delivered by Midwives registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and fully insured with professional indemnity cover of no less than £5,000,000, in accordance with United Kingdom legislation.
- Data Protection: All client data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent Midwife care in Birmingham, United Kingdom will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
