- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Venezuela, Caracas and the prevailing BCV exchange rate.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 25% (USD $1,652.50) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 75% shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% at the 32nd week of gestation and 50% within seven (7) days following the delivery event.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client prior to the 28th week of gestation will result in a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation between weeks 28 and 36 will incur a 25% fee. Cancellation after week 36 or during active labor will result in full payment of the Midwife service fee, as the professional has reserved her schedule exclusively for the client in Venezuela, Caracas.
- Scope Limitation: The Midwife services described in this Quotation Estimate are intended for low-risk pregnancies. Should the obstetrician or the Midwife determine that the pregnancy presents high-risk factors (e.g., preeclampsia, placenta previa, multiple gestation), the client will be referred to a hospital obstetric team, and this Quotation Estimate will be adjusted accordingly with written consent.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Midwife services are performed in strict compliance with the Venezuelan Organic Law of Health (Ley Orgánica de Salud), the regulations of the Colegio de Enfermería de Venezuela, and the MPPS guidelines for home-based perinatal care in Caracas.
