- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Military Officer to be deployed shall hold a minimum rank of Major (retired) from the Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Navy, or Bangladesh Air Force, and must possess a valid security clearance certificate issued by the relevant authority in Dhaka.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first quarter of service, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full 12-month engagement period.
- All services will be conducted strictly within the jurisdiction of Dhaka Division, Bangladesh. Any deployment outside Dhaka metro will be quoted separately as a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- The Military Officer shall adhere to all codes of conduct prescribed by the Bangladesh Security Services Board and shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all client operations and premises in Dhaka.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties on their respective letterheads.
- Any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed curfews in Dhaka, or national security directives, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
- All rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of the Military Officer's professional fees, uniform, and standard duty equipment. Overtime beyond 10 hours per day shall be billed at 1.5x the hourly equivalent rate.
- ShieldGuard Security Consultancy Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Military Officer with an equivalent-qualified officer from Bangladesh Dhaka's security pool, provided prior written notice of 72 hours is given to the client.
